Place your order: Add your chosen meals to your cart and proceed to checkout, including any delivery notes if required. You can also request your NDIS invoice in the notes.
Request an NDIS invoice: If you forgot to add the request for NDIS invoice while placing your order, simply reply to your order confirmation email or contact us directly via our website to receive an itemised NDIS tax invoice.
Submit your claim: Upload your invoice to your NDIS portal or send it to your plan manager. The NDIS will reimburse the preparation and delivery portion of your meal cost.
