How do I track my order?Updated 7 days ago

Once your order has been packed and is ready to leave our facility, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS. This will include a link to your live tracking page, where you can see your delivery status minute-by-minute on the day.

If you created a Tasteville account, you can also view your order status anytime by logging in and visiting the My Orders section.

We provide real-time updates via:

  • Email

  • SMS (if opted in)

  • Tracking link (available in both)

If you haven’t received tracking details by your scheduled delivery day, please contact our support team.
