What subscription options are available?

Do I get a discount for subscribing?

Yes! Subscriptions come with an instant discount on every order. Plus, we offer even better rewards after a few renewals, so sticking with your subscription pays off.

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage everything from your Tasteville Account — just log in and go to the Subscriptions section. There, you can:. Change delivery frequency. Modify your subscription by adding/removing meals. Skip upcoming orders. Update payment details. Can

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Absolutely! You’re in full control. Your subscriptions are not locked in. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime before your next renewal date. All changes must be made from your account.

Can I change the meals in my subscription?

Yes! You can swap or remove meals in your upcoming subscription order before the renewal date. This can be done through your account under Subscriptions.

Will I be notified before I’m charged?

Absolutely. We’ll send you a reminder email 2 days before your subscription renews, giving you time to make any changes or updates if needed.

What happens if my payment fails?

If your payment doesn’t go through, we’ll automatically retry it and notify you. You’ll have time to update your payment method before your order is cancelled.

Can I apply discount codes to subscriptions?

Most promotions apply to one-off purchases only. Subscription discounts are built in, so coupon codes usually won’t stack — but keep an eye out for exclusive subscriber perks!

When will my subscription orders be delivered?

Subscription deliveries typically follow the same schedule as one-off orders — usually within 5–7 business days, depending on your postcode and delivery slot availability.

What if I’m away when my subscription renews?

You can log into your account and skip the next delivery or pause your subscription ahead of time. Just make sure you do this before the renewal date.

Can I use store credit towards a subscription order?

Currently, store credit can only be used for one-off purchases. Subscription orders are billed automatically and are not eligible for manual payment adjustments.

Can I gift a subscription to someone else?

At this time, all subscriptions must be linked to the purchaser’s account. If you’d like to send meals to someone else, we recommend placing a one-off order using their delivery address and name.

Can I subscribe to different meals each time?

Yes. Before each renewal, you can log into your account and update your meal selection for that upcoming order. You have the flexibility to try something new every time.

What happens if a product in my subscription is out of stock?

If an item you’ve subscribed to is temporarily unavailable, you’ll be notified by email before your renewal is processed. You’ll have the option to choose a replacement or skip the order.

How do I update my delivery address for a subscription?

To change your delivery address, log into your account, go to Subscriptions, and update your address before the next renewal date. Changes made after renewal may not apply to your current order.

Can I have multiple active subscriptions?

Yes! You can manage multiple subscriptions under the same account, perfect if you’re ordering for different household members or planning ahead for multiple weeks.

Can I set different frequencies for different products in my subscription?

Yes, you can set unique delivery frequencies for individual products in your subscription. This allows you to receive some items more frequently than others based on your household needs.

What if I forget to update my subscription before the renewal date?

Once your subscription renews, your order is processed and cannot be modified or cancelled. We recommend setting a reminder or watching for the upcoming renewal email.

Will I earn Tasteville Rewards points on my subscription orders?

No. Currently subscription purchases are NOT eligible for Tasteville Rewards. We are working on adding this feature as soon as possible. When available, points are automatically added to your account after each successful renewal.

Are subscription orders packed and delivered the same way as one-off orders?

Absolutely. Your meals are quick-frozen, packed in recyclable packaging with food-safe gel packs, and delivered frozen — just like any standard Tasteville order.
