No. You don’t need to be home to receive your Tasteville delivery. All meals are delivered frozen, packed in curbside recyclable packaging with no plastic liners and food-safe frozen gel packs to keep them at the right temperature for a couple hours after drop-off.

If you’re not home, our couriers will leave your box in a safe, shaded location. On cooler days, your packaging will maintain frozen conditions longer. On hotter days, or if you know you won’t be home, we recommend placing an esky or insulated container outside your door.

If our delivery partner sees an esky, or if you've left a delivery note with the order, they will safely unpack your meals into it to help preserve your order for longer.

To get the best results, move your meals into the freezer as soon as you can.
