Your meals are delivered frozen, packed in curbside recyclable packaging with no plastic liners and food-safe frozen gel packs. We use only the minimal amount of materials needed to ensure your meals stay frozen throughout delivery, without compromising our sustainability standards.

Our delivery partners are trained to handle frozen goods with care. On cooler days, your packaging will maintain frozen temperature for even longer. On hotter days, or if you’re not home, many customers choose to leave an esky or insulated box at the door.

If a delivery note is included with your order or if our courier sees an esky present at the delivery location, they will safely unpack your meals directly into it, ensuring optimal protection from heat.

This method helps reduce packaging waste while keeping your meals perfectly frozen, ready to go straight into your freezer.
