My delivery status shows as Completed, but it hasn’t arrived — what should I do?Updated 7 days ago
If your order status shows as "Delivered" on our website, AND your tracking link shows your delivery status as "Completed", but you haven't received the box, here’s what to do:
Check around your property — the delivery partner may have left it in a safe spot such as behind a gate, near your bins, or by a side entrance.
Ask household members or neighbours — someone may have brought it in for you.
Review your tracking link — check the timestamp and any delivery photos provided by the delivery partner. All deliveries that has not been collected in person will have proof of delivery photos.
If you still can’t locate your delivery, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We’ll investigate with our delivery partner and ensure you’re looked after. Your satisfaction is our priority.
