My order is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received a tracking link — what should I do?Updated 7 days ago
Tracking links are usually sent via email and SMS once your order is scheduled for despatch. At this stage, our website might show that your order has been delivered. This is based on fulfilment status at our kitchen, not delivery status.
If your order status shows "Delivered" but you didn’t receive a tracking link:
Check your email inbox and spam/junk folders for a message from Tasteville.
Ensure your contact details were entered correctly during checkout.
If you have an account, log in and go to 'My Orders' to see your tracking information.
If you still can't locate your tracking link or order details, please contact our support team. We'll provide your tracking history and assist with locating your delivery.
