What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?Updated 7 days ago

If you received the wrong meal(s) or an item you didn’t order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Include your order number and a photo of the item(s) received so we can quickly review and resolve the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Send the correct item(s) in a follow-up delivery

  • Provide store credit for the mix-up

  • Offer a partial or full refund

We hate for a good meal to be thrown away just because of a packing error. You are welcome to keep the incorrect item(s) as a complimentary gift, at no further cost to you, or share it with a family or a friend.
