What if I don’t receive my tracking link?Updated 6 days ago

If it’s your delivery day and you haven’t received a tracking link by 7:00 AM:

  1. Check your email inbox and SMS (including spam folders)

  2. Ensure your phone number and email were entered correctly

  3. Log in to your account to check tracking in Orders
