We carefully source ingredients based on quality, consistency and suitability for each recipe.

Whenever practical, we source ingredients locally. Some specialised ingredients however, such as our protein blend is sourced from New Zealand (famous for dairy production) are sourced internationally to ensure we can deliver the flavour, texture and quality our customers expect.

Regardless of where an ingredient comes from, every ingredient is selected because it meets our standards, not because it's the cheapest option.
