How do I earn points?

There are plenty of ways to earn points — simply shop, engage, and celebrate with us:. Place an order: Start with 1x points for every $1 spent. Your earnings rate increases as you move up into VIP Tiers. Nourish Tier: 1x points for $1 spent. Energise

How do I redeem points?

Points can be redeemed at checkout toward discounts on eligible orders. Simply log in to your account, apply your points at checkout, and enjoy the savings!

When do my points expire?

Your points remain valid for 12 months from the date they’re earned. We’ll send you reminders before they expire, so that you always have the chance to redeem them.

Where can I see my points balance and tier?

Log in to your Tasteville account. You’ll find your current point balance, tier status, and how close you are to your next reward or tier upgrade.

How does the VIP Tiers work?

Your tier is based on the number of points you've earned over a rolling 12-month period:. Nourish (0–1,999 pts): 1x points per $1. Energise (2,000+ pts): 2x points. Thrive (4,000+ pts): 3x points + early access to drops. Flourish (8,000+ pts): 4x poi

Can I use my points with other discounts or subscriptions?

Points can only be used on standard full-price orders that meet the minimum cart value. They cannot be combined with other promotions, bundles, or active subscriptions.

What happens to my points if I cancel or return an order?

If you cancel an order or return items, the points earned from that transaction will be deducted from your account. Partial refunds only remove the points related to the returned portion.

What happens to my points if I downgrade tiers?

Your previously earned points stay in your account and remain redeemable until they expire. However, your future point earnings will follow your new tier’s multiplier.

Can I redeem multiple rewards in one order?

Only one points redemption can be applied per order. Choose the reward that gives you the best value!

Can I redeem points on orders below the cart minimum?

No. Each reward level requires a minimum cart value to be eligible for redemption. For example:. Smaller point redemptions (e.g., 500 / 1,000 / 2,000 points ) require a $149 minimum cart value. Larger point redemptions (e.g., 3,000 / 5,000 points) re

Can I use points on Click & Collect orders?

Yes! As long as your order meets the minimum spend, you can redeem points on Click & Collect orders just like any delivery order.

Can I earn points from past orders?

Points cannot be retroactively applied to past orders. Make sure you’re logged into your account before placing any order to ensure you earn points.

Can I transfer or share my points with someone else?

Points are tied to your account and cannot be transferred or shared between accounts.

Will I be notified about upcoming expiry?

Absolutely. We’ll notify you before your points expire or if you're at risk of moving down a tier. Keep an eye on your inbox!

Can I use my points with Shop Pay?

Yes. As long as your cart meets the minimum spend requirement, you can apply your points and pay the remaining balance using Shop Pay or any other available payment method.

Can I earn or use points on gift cards?

No. Points cannot be earned on gift card purchases or redeemed to purchase gift cards.

Do I earn points on shipping and tax?

Points are earned only on the product subtotal (and taxes, where already included in price). Shipping fees, discounts and other service charges are not included in point calculations.

What if I forget to apply my points at checkout?

Redemptions must be applied during checkout. We’re unable to retroactively apply or refund points after an order is placed.

What’s the best way to get the most value from my points?

Aim for higher redemption levels. For example, redeeming 5,000 points for $75 gives you better value than smaller redemptions. Staying in higher tiers also earns you points faster.

What happens if I skip a subscription delivery?

Skipping a subscription cycle means you won’t earn points for that cycle. Your tier status remains active unless your total earned points over 12 months fall below the required level.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

No cap! The more you shop and engage, the more you earn. There’s no maximum limit to your point accumulation.

How do I reach a new tier faster?

Place orders more frequently or increase your cart size. Since tiers are based on total points earned in a 12-month period, frequent purchases will help you move up faster. Staying in higher tiers also earn faster with multipliers.
